As a pioneer hotel in the hospital area in Indonesia, Moritz Hotel RSAB Harapan Kita is always concerned about the safety of our guests and employees by implementing safety protocol standards.

Our hotel is using an integrated fire alarm system. Each floor and public area such as Plantas Restaurant, Zingiber Coffee Bar and Roastery are equipped with a smoke detector, sprinkler, fire extinguisher, break glass with alarm and two fire hydrants. Our hotel has eight emergency exit doors and each floor has two that hotel guests can use. Davoz, Tirano and BOD Style meeting rooms are equipped with smoke detectors and sprinklers. Our kitchen is also equipped with a gas detector and sprinkler that will automatically activate when an emergency situation happens.

Moritz Hotel RSAB Harapan Kita is equipped with a control system and monitored 24 hours also with all equipment that is required for hotel standards. In an emergency situation, hotel management will execute an emergency situation and inform all guests and visitors to evacuate through public speakers.

We recommend to our guests to read earthquake and fire safety procedures and emergency exit plan while arriving in our room before rest pleasantly.
